Tracking with crowned pulley wheels
I am looking for information regarding crowned pulley wheels. I am trying to modify our equipment to allow better tracking of our product. I already tried a crowned pulley and one gauge of material tracked perfectly down the middle of the wheel, the thicker gauge stayed to the side. I am looking for information that will explain what crowned radius I should use for various material thicknesses. Any help?
