Nickel Cobalt alloy plating

Q. We wish to plate Nickel Cobalt alloy (10%, 20%). The deposit should be hard, stress free.

Any suggestions?

Thanks, VIKRAM

A. Dear Mr. Dogra,

We have done in the past some work for a local customer with a continuous plating (strip line) Ni-Co bath. The job was specific for the manufacturing of battery bodies requiring deep stamping as well as an specific electric characteristic.

A. It should be no problem, Ni/Co is used in many applications.

RFQ: Does anyone know of a supplier of Nickel-Cobalt plating equipment, solutions, or any shop that can do a small experimental run?

Thanks
