Peel off prolem in duplex nickel plating

Sir
I face the peel off prolem in duplex nickel plating of all automobile part. the peel off problem observed in between semi & bright nickel lyer this problem observed in 1~2%. so help me to remove this problem.

Sounds like those parts went passive due to excessive drip time between tanks or due to poor electrical contact, Pushpender.
