Distilled Water for Rhodium

We are manufacturing gold jewelry. Recently we are trying to improve our finishing process. We want to know which type of distilled water is best for Rhodium of DEGUSSA, as we know there are 3 types: 1. distilled water 2. double distilled water 3.DI distilled water?

Sorry for my English is not good. hope you will understand my question.
Thank you in advance!

Orakun,
De-ionized water is not free of non-ionic contaminants, distilled water, when purchased from a reputable source, is free of ionic and non-ionic contaminants. If you are plating in a small tank (less than 5 US gallons) distilled water would be my choice. Good Luck!
