Electroplating and powder coating process

Dear Readers,

Kindly please help me to understand the process of electroplating and powder coating process in great detail. Kindly advise some sort of hand book or the journal for the same.

please advise some reachable procedure as I live in India so I can only buy from Indian market or else I can go for online buying for the same.

I am working as the merchandise manager in a handicraft export house and usually our foreign buyers ask the details for above mentioned finishing processes.
