How to etch galvanized iron sheets




Am into hobby handicrafts, we have just bought spray etching to make lamps, I want to cut galvanised iron sheets thickness .5mm, I have tried with nitric acid, the problem is the glue comes off while cutting,
and when we have to take off the photo sensitive glue, this glue also come off when we do stripping using NaOH
please help

Please try to etch galvanised sheet with diluted Phosphoric Acid (10-50 grams per liter)
