Cleaning out old Trichloroethylene degreaser to use nPBr

Q. If we change over to nPBr how clean do we have to get our current degreaser before we refill it with nPBr? I've heard that we have to worry about acid content and water residuals. Is this true?

A. I would consult a supplier of nPBr and ask them to make sure you degreaser is able to be converted. They supply a test kit for you to check to make sure you bath does not go acidic. Also your washer should have a decant system to decant off the water that is created from your refrigeration unit. I hope this helps.
