AS MOST OF THE PEOPLE IN INDIA ARE USING SODIUM SACCHARIN IN NICKEL BRIGHTENER CONSUMPTION IS VERY HIGH SAY IN TONS.
CHINA/TAIWAN HAS INCREASED PRICES FROM 2$ TO 21$.
CAN ANY BODY SUGGEST ALTERNATIVE TO SODIUM SACCHARIN THAT CAN BE USED IN NICKEL BRIGHTENER.

Hello, Lovely. In the west it is unusual to use saccharin or non proprietary brighteners anymore, but ASM Metals Handbook Volume 5 "Surface Engineering" has a good chapter on nickel plating which describes how brighteners, secondary brighteners and carriers work and what type of chemicals functions for each; it may give you some food for thought.
