We do antique finish by doing sand blasting on aluminium. But we face a lot of problems after doing it; a lot of pin holes are visable after the sand blasting. please advice us what pressure & what kind of grit we can use?

At our shop we use a 80 grit glass bead. works for what we perform, also our operating pressure in @ 65-95 depending on what we are blasting at the time.

If you are looking for an alternative to blasting, look at mass finishing equip. using dry organics and abrasives media. Our product 6A. Blasting presents a lot of problems. If you continue to use blasting you will need a spherical shaped media and I'm not sure you will get the same finish you are looking for.

Use some SiC under 35 psi and not longer of 5 sec.
