MOC for Dil. sulfuric Acid

I want to know what is the cheap Material of Construction for Dil. sulfuric acid (70%) which can have a good life. I want to store around 20 KL at a time.

First of two simultaneous responses --

Hi Mayur,

For 70% sulfuric at room temperature, use perhaps Polyethylene but certainly PVC ... rigid type 1 not flexible PVC.

PVC is A.OK to commercial 93% sulfuric ... don't consider metals.

Being ignorant, I dinna ken what 20KL means ... if it's a tank of up to 500 or so gallons, go and use moulded Pe BUT if it's outdoors, ensure that the final 'powder', using the moulded Engel process, is black.

Second of two simultaneous responses --

Most people in the plating industry would not call that "dilute".
Extremely well reinforced PVC will be the cheapest way.
Molded polyethylene or polypropylene storage tanks that are reinforced would be my choice.
Composite PVC / fiberglass would be a more expensive way, but would stand more physical abuse.
