Is Alodine under 40 CFR 433?

Should the process Alodine be under the 40 CFR 433 metal finishing operations? Operations are small and ocasional. Please reply.

Alodine is a brand name for a process for chromate conversion coating of aluminum, Miquel, and is covered by 40 CFR 433. See http://www.epa.gov/npdes/pubs/owm0022.pdf
