Rust Preventative for clean test parts
We are doing a cleaning procedure on a part and the parts must have some kind of inhibitor or oil to prevent corrosion after the operation is complete. In the end, we must pass a clean test and have the parts free of any contamination or dirt. We are using a non water soluble oil right now and we fear that dirt or particles will remain stuck in the oil. Are there any suggestions for a rust preventative that will help us wiht this? Want to stay away from lacquers. Thank you.

We have another option for your consideration
Please expand on "clean test and have the parts free of any contamination or dirt"
What is the process immediately before this "clean test"?
Can they be washed in Soap & Water for cleaning?
