Which exhaust method is suitable for wet painting shop?




Hai,
I am Chandran, Now I am Working in Aerospace interior lighting painting unit. Previously I am working in powder coating process (Dry Powder coating) with AED process (anode Elecrtro Deposition).What now I am Feel I Have no Knowledge of this type of painting(wet painting).I want Some guide of related to wet painting. Let me know the full Details from top to bottom. Can you help this type of painting.

I think you need to get a couple of books on the subject, Chandran. Wet painting is very different from powder coating and involves such issues as flammability/explosivity of vapors, toxicity, fugitive emission monitoring and control, afterburning of exhaust stream, etc. It can't possibly be covered top to bottom in an internet forum posting.
