We received yellow zinc fasteners instead of shiny
I have a application on an steam system and ordered more fasteners to complete the job, the supplier sent me the correct size fastener but they were " yellow zinc" the fastener we are using are standard high strength and have a shiny finish. Will the yellow zinc work?

Assuming that the strength rating is correct they will be very slightly better as yellow chromated zinc is more corrosion resistant than bright zinc.
