Silver plating Anode requirement
2007
Hi, I heard from peoples saying that they use a 925 Silver as the Anode for Silver plating, while others said that a pure silver is the only way to do it.
Would you please tell me who is correct ?
Thanks.

Pure silver is correct, Amos.. An anode which contains 7-1/2 percent of the wrong metal is completely unsatisfactory.
