Hairline Finishing for Stainless Steels
Dear sir,
I need hairline finishing for stainless steel frames for furniture. We are using scotch brite for existing jobs. We need a lot of manpower for this job. Can any one suggest anyway of automation for this job?

You left out too much. Are the frames assembled or in raw stock. Are they nearly flat or do they have contours. Search the web for "labor savers" + "hairline"

I think you answered your own question. Automation! Suggest you look into a pass through system similar to roll forming.
