Tin stripping from Aluminum

I have some 6061 Aluminum parts plated with Tin. How do I strip the Tin without damaging the aluminum?

Dear Robin,

You can try a hot solution of yellow ammonium sulfide(80g/l) or (but I don't know if it still exists)
Enstrip L-90.
The luster of the aluminium is probably affected.

kind regards,

A cold and very dilute solution of nitric acid in water will dissolve tin w/o altering your aluminum base.
