Atomic Absorption Analysis indicates palladium
Hello.
Is it normal or it is possible to have a reading of palladium in AAS analysis

I don't know how such a thing could be.
A lead lamp is not going to emit at the frequencies that palladium absorbs at. So, how could you be getting a reading at all?
As I recall, the wavelengths are not even close together.

That's why I'm wondering when it was happen. Is it the AAS machine had a problem? Do you have an idea regarding this matter?

Could be a problem with the AA, but my bet would be on contamination or technique. In particular, check reagents, glassware, tubing, etc.
