Aged zinc finish/antique hot dipping/oxidised zinc finish





We want to know the process to achieve the aged look on zinc hot dipping products It is also called antique look,or oxidised finish of hot dipping-----

This is exactly the question to which I would also like an answer. I am making trellises in steel and would like to make an antique galvanised look. I read the question but cannot find an answer. If anyone can help, please do.

Hi, folks. If you are looking for small quantities, you can buy patinas for zinc from such places as Amazon ⇨

If you are looking for drum loads and you operate a chemical mixing facility, you can make patinas. Some hints on the possible formulations are in letter 7731 and 27794.

Patience with the search engine will reveal dozens of additional threads on the subject. Good luck.
