Can I refinish my powder coated outdoor aluminum furniture without stripping?
Hi I am wondering if there is a process to spot repair a white powder coated patio furniture set.

All you have to do is spot fill the bad areas with body putty or a red oxide paste usually used after body putty and prime the area after sanding and feathering. Then either match the paint or respray the entire piece with something like a Krylon (use their primer too) spray paint available at Walmart, True Value or other such hardware stores.
