Pumping zinc from one to the second baths

2007

I'm sorry, but my English be enough bad. But I will try ask. Shall we two steel baths for zinc coating with proportions 8 m x 1,5 m x 1,6 m. One function and alternative be over correction. Furnaces are engaged by two burners and temperature in sewers inchs among 600°C and 720°C. I want ask, is if possible to pump over zinc safely from one's baths to the second and under what conditions? Keep in mind how quickly and on of what temperature has empty bath forewarm, to unprovability to deformations at overdrawn?
In advance thank you behind answerback.

Hello,
I believe zinc transfers would work better at lower temperature due to increased corrosion of pumps in such high temperatures. I would also recommend that you consider the distance between the baths. My best guess would be to collect more data on the furnaces that host the kettles in order to evaluate temperature management during pump-out- then go into logistics and evaluate distances and so forth.
Hope this helps
