A. Hi, Avneesh. While we wait for an expert to help you, did you apply this powder yourself, or do you otherwise know the details of the powder? Thermosets liker polyester and epoxy may be a little different from each other, and thermoplastic powder coatings like nylon and Teflon can be very different. Hot caustics may be applicable to steel, but are not for aluminum. Solvents may work: Aircraft Stripper (methylene chloride) is noxious and toxic, but probably the all-around most powerful stripper and least harmful to the metal. Good luck.

A. Dear Avneesh,
Please let me know what kind of powder coating you are doing on steel & aluminum? And what is the Product and its Geometrical shape? Whether it is Epoxy primer and then Finish paint Coating like PU or or some oil base paint like synthetic one? Or you use any Intermediate coat like MIO or some other?
Similar Information is also required about Powder coating on Aluminum Surface!

A. Hi Suresh. Thermoplastics like polypropylene are exceptionally resistant to acids, alkalis, and most common solvents. Hopefully another reader has a suggestion because I don't :-(
