Repairing concrete damaged by muratic acid

I applied Muratic acid straight out of the bottle on a portion of concrete patio. It left a dark spot. How can I repair the damaged Concrete?

With a concrete saw or jackhammer, Rick. Muriatic acid destroys concrete. Sorry.
