Cleaning of shielding oversprayed with Rhodium, Chromium, and Silver

I am looking for a coating that can be applied to equipment shielding for easier removal of the excess coating (Rhodium,Chromium,Silver) buildup over time. Our current methods are labor intensive. The shields are sandblasted Aluminum and Stainless Steel. The coating must be a non-outgas material in a process environment of 5.0E-006T. The removal of the coating would need to be reactive to high/low temperature, vibration or chemical. Thank you.

I think the best solution, if it would work, would be for the oversprayed materials to just peel off. That being the case, I would try electropolishing the stainless steel to minimize tooth and leave a passive surface, and periodically coat the shielding with egg albumin. Maybe it won't work at all but I think the potential benefit merits trying it.
