I want to increase my Powdercoat knowledge

Looking for training seminars, being held in the southeast area, on Powdercoating. (application...etc) I am a hands on type of learner so I want something other than a "course by mail".

Let me invite you to check out Chemical Coaters Association International. CCAI is an association devoted to education in the finishing industry, and has how-to books and educational seminars in various areas of the country.

Also the Powder Coatings Institute provides information on powder coating, including a handbook that no powder-coater should be without.

If you are not using high quantities of powder it is sometimes more difficult but one source for "hands on training" should be your powder paint supplier. They often conduct courses in their factories and you can attend.

You are using some companies powder paint spray equipment, they often offer free "hands on training" at their factories also.

I have personally attended courses at both of these resources and at more than one company or brand name.

Try the Powder Coating Institute [Alexandria, VA] which is an excellent resource for any question relating to powder.

Good Luck
