Uses For 20% ammonia Solution

A municipal wastewater treatment process to be set up in New England is expected to generate approximately 16,000 gallons/day of 20% ammonia ⇦this on eBay or Amazon [affil links] solution for disposal or reuse. Recognizing its source, does anyone have a potential use for this product?
