Used Epoxy Powders
We have a lot of used Epoxy Powders, how can I reuse these powders, in other applications?

Powder paint has been used by some companies wanting a powder paint for primer applications. Since they did not care about color they were able to use limited quantities. I seem to recall a company was looking for this as a business. but I never heard if it went anywhere.
Your powder paint supplier should be able to locate one of these companies. Normally these are independent manufacturers that just want a nearly free powder primer.
