How to apply acid resistant coating on Stainless Steel jigs
One of my Customers need to coat PVC on Stainless Steel jigs used in Electroplating. The PVC coating is to resist the corrosion from the electrolyte. Please tell me how can I do the coating and the method.

The PVC would be in liquid form. It is also known as plastisol. It is heated and melt in a pot. Then the parts are immersed and let cool at room temperature to solidify. It's the same material used in bottle caps to seal against bottle. G. Marrufo-Mexico

Go online and find a vendor of "plastisol" It requires an oven bake cycle. You must follow the instructions precisely or you will not have a good coat. Consider sending it out for the coating.
