Program/software to calculate evaporation rate of solvent blends?
Q. Dear Sirs,
We come across a problem in one Asian country some solvents have limits on percentage of those solvents used in formulations.
We have Vinyl solvent based spray that contains toluene and MEK / methyl ethyl ketone at almost 70% according to new law the maximum mixture of Toluene and MEK must not exceed 40%.
In the past there were programs available for download (from major Solvent manufacturers) that would give a replacement solvent blend with same (similar) Evaporation rates.
I would appreciate very much if you could give us some ideas on these programs if they still exist and how can I find where.
Thank you very much,

Q. I would also like to know if we can get the software for solvent evaporations. That would be highly useful.
