Coating to protect aluminum from 150 °C ammonia hydroxide (NH4OH)?

I am looking for coating to protect aluminum part from ammonia this on eBay or Amazon [affil links] hydroxide (NH4OH) at 150 °C,

That's a rather risky application. No matter how resistant the coating is, if it fails, severe or even catastrophic damage may occur to the substrate. That said, electroless nickel (EN) or better, a multilayer of electronickel and EN may give acceptable life. Absence of pores, cracks and other discontinuities together with a safe thickness are crucial.

I agree with Guillermo that to use an aluminum substrate for a component that will be exposed to a material known to be devastating to aluminum is a big problem. Please think about whether there is a possibility of making it from another material.

Have you considered coating your aluminium with another material using a cold spray process?
