Diamond Impregnated Paint Application

2007

Good Morning.
I am looking to see if anyone knows how to properly mix and apply a diamond dust from 325 mesh to 1200 mesh into a enamel paint and apply it to a disc. I would like to know what type of gun to use and how to keep the diamond in "suspension" within the paint during the process. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Tim

That is a strange use for most of us, but the answer is simple. Use a paint gun that is designed for metal flake application on cars. They are commercially available at a reasonable cost. No engineering required.
