Electropolishing problems if we rack at an angle

Dear sir
As we are working with the Pharmaceutical company as R& D Engg we are facing some problems during Electropolishing. We are following Dip Well method for the EP. But as a new Idea we want to do EP by keeping the Pipe SS inclined from the gravity. But the concern is we are succeeding to have ep in the Whole ID Surface only leaving the white ray in the pipe top side. Hence this is problem we are looking for, please give me the solution

Continuous pump electrolyte into the lower end and out the top whilst electropolishing by pulling a cathode wire through. Results are more uniform if simultaneously rotating the pipes. A bit easier said than done; perhaps you can license the technology from Valex Corp. in Ventura, California.

Try to lower 2 volts than what you are using but increase the time 30 sec more.
