Dacromet for springs?
Can I use Dacromet on springs?

Hi,
Dacrotising requires 330 °C baking temperature, and it is not permitted to use above 250 °C (according to ISO standards you loose 50% strength) to avoid losing mechanical strength of Springs and other spring steel made materials.
Try to use other zinc flake coatings with lower baking temperatures like 200 °C.
Best luck.
