Chaturvedi,

"Prevention is better than cure".
It is always better to avoid formation of sludge.
Take care in the following areas
1. Do not operate on high anode current density ,say not beyond 20 ASF.
2. Maintain proper anode area
3. Do not give solution movement more than required
4. Maintain bath temp as per Tech.data sheet.
5.Call your process supplier. They may give you some additives.

Dear Sir,
Sludge formation may lead to heavy contamination.
Increase filtration rate for your bath. Avoid formation of stannic sulphate from stannous sulphate. Check and reduce anode current density. Check anode of any other constituents other than tin
Call supplier for assistance.
