Presence of water based chemicals in hot dip galvanizing bath
Please let me know the problems associated with using water based chemical (20% water and 80% oil in an emulsion form) by using the product in electroplating bath, zinc coating is uniform and thin. I want to try the product in galvanizing line. Please let me know whether any problems will arise because of presence of water in the chemical.

Zinc melts at 419 °C. Water boils at 100 °C. Oil is flammable.
One of the more obvious problems with pouring this mixture into a hot-dip bath is the high probability of killing anyone nearby.
