Hard chrome for high temperature?
Would like to know what is the highest temperature limit for hard chrome coating ?

The melting point of chromium is around 1900 °C. That would be the maximum limit to remain as a coating (solid). If you mean its hardness when electroplated it requires the interpretation of a curve Begins to decline above 250 °C and softens totally (hardness of the annealed metal) around 700 °C.
