Galvanizing trays horizontally that don't fit vertically
We are galvanizing mostly cable trays in our plant. However our all tanks are 2,5 mt in depth. Our cable trays are 3 mt.In our final galvanized products, there are some dross particles due to hanging type of the cable trays(vertical). Our lay-out is not suitable for galvanizing of cable trays but we must. Therefore we change the hanging and hooking type as horizontal.
This case will affect the coating thickness and can result in deformation of the material.
we may fall down the temperature of zinc(such as 445 C - our working temp is 448 C).

You don't really make your question clear here, but you seem to be asking how to hang an article that cannot be hung vertically.
The rules are pretty simple: Get as much vertical component in the angle of dip as possible without causing vent/drainage problems.
The small temperature drop you quote is unlikely to have any effect on reducing distortion.
These trays sound like cold rolled sheet. Its pretty likely to distort anyway you do it. Main point to avoid distortion in dipping practice is very fast immersion speed. Second is hanging method, don't add any more stresses to whats already there (even though you can't see it).
Perhaps if you restate the question more might be said...?
