Stain on TinBi plating

Hi there,

Does anyone know what can cause stains on TinBi deposit? The stains range from white circles to dark grey patches.

Pictures as attached.

Thanks.

Dear Sir,

Base on your defect picture, may be stain were caused by back end process after plating. May be water rinse after plating were dirty or drying process were not sufficient to remove remain water/acid from plating surface. What kind of plating machine did you use ?
