Anodized parts are not shiny
Now our process had used anodizing process.Material of parts is Aluminium A6061, and the type of part is forging type.
I want to get the surface of part part after anodizing process will shiny, and we had treatment the part before anodizing process follow:
1)Heating process : 500°C - 40 minutes, after that input to water for outside of part will become hard.
2)After that we will doing wet mirror barreling process and then anodizing process.
Result after anodizing process we had got not so good. The surface of part was Blur(not shiny).
Now who can teach me to solve this problem, which one method surface before anodizing for more best.

First, re the heat treatment. ASTM B918, 'Standard Practice for Heat Treatment of Wrought Aluminum Alloys,' gives a solutionizing temperature range of 960-1075 °F (516-579 °C) for Al 6061 forgings. Water quenching gives the soft, T4 temper condition, which should be followed by 'artificial aging' at 340 F (171 °C) for 8 hours to give the harder, high strength T6 temper.
Second, you haven't described the anodizing pretreatment (etching?), conditions, time, thickness, etc., so impossible to comment on the appearance. Buy Mr. Probert's book,
'Aluminum How To' to learn about anodizing.
