Paint peel off

2007

I have a specific problem. We are brake manufacturers. For some sheet metal parts we use ED painting. Problem is there is paint peel off on the edges but not on the center.
Parts are typically drawn (rear shell and front shell of Master booster).
Can someone suggest what should we check and what could be the typical causes?

thanks

I hope you have conducted flexibility and adhesion test on test panels of standard size.If not pl.do it.Also ensure perfect pt process. Also involve paint manufacturer's technical assistance.

I had a paint peel off issue in Car Booster Assy Front Shell -Lancing Area
Bath Parameters are under the Specification
I want details what are the possibilities to have peel off.
In that component not peel off all of that area. On the Edge only.
