Simplest way to clean chrome plated plastic without damaging the chrome

Hello my name is Erick, Hope all of you are doing well. I need your help. I just purchased a Dodge Ram 1500 sport, thank you very much, and uh the rim has an outer shell which is plastic and chrome plated what product may I use to clean the shell with out damaging the chrome.

The owner's manual usually covers this if you look hard enough and if they are OEM, Erick. If they are real chrome plating, and odds are good they are, the plastic will stand up to anything you would reasonably put on a car, including strong detergents, aggressive brushing, and tar-removal solvents. The plastic may not stand up to the last though.

Interior plastic parts are rarely real chrome like exterior parts though. Interior parts are usually vacuum metallized.
