Best Anode Bag Material

I am plating with a bright acid copper, alkaline copper, and cobalt and need to know what material to use as a anode bag or bandage.

Thank You,

Hey Todd,
You want to stay away from cotton, and any percentage of cotton. There are brand or "trade" names such as Polypro, Dynel, Synel for anode bags. Some laboratory supply houses sell them, but you would have to find one that sells to the public. I saw a guy use a polyester sock once over a small anode. Needless to say it didn't work because the cross hatch weave pattern was not tight enough.
