Nickel electroforming

thanks for your helping
I am a chemical engineer. I have a problem with sulphate ion in the nickel sulfamate electroforming . You know sulphate ion effect on deposit stress. I want to remove this ion from my tank plating without effect on tank parameters and deposit .please help me. thanks

How did the sulphate ion get into your bath? If it did not come form outside, then it is a by-product of the sulfamate ion dissociation. Then you also have ammonia this on eBay or Amazon [affil links] ion present. Both ions are really problem. As I do not know or live in your country, it is easy for me to say, but I would make up a new bath.
