Scratching of Ti
My company is manufacturing Ti watches, and one major problem we have is the Ti is easily scratched. The grade we're using is CP Grade 2. Is there any treatment that can be do on that?

Not knowing how delicate they are, they might be able to be tumbled, and possibly glassbeaded to hide the tiny scratches.
The physical vapor deposition folks can cover it with a very thin layer of very hard material. It will add a significant amount to the watch cost. Plating is probably an unacceptable answer. Electroless cobalt might meet your needs. Thin, hard bright white color and avoids the problem with allergies from nickel.
