Stripping casting skin from jewelry




Hi,

I am working as production manager in jewellery manufacturing co.

My question is, by using stripping process can I avoid filing work in caste jewellery ?

because in jewellery casting every casting pieces. have casting skin. without removing that casting skin we cannot get high gloss in polishing process. so pl. answer me can I remove that casting skin by using gold stripping process.

Yes, by the stripping you remove the oxidation film on surface.stripping works as removing the upper layer from metal to brighting.
