A. Sir:
What do you mean by "BATHS?" Do you mean caustic, caustic rinse, acids (which one), acid rinses (how many), flux solution, zinc bath, quench, passivation tank? Are you trying to "standardize," or improve the results for government owned galvanizers? What types of products are you asking about. Sheet, wire, bolts, structural, pipes are some of the possibilities.

A. Your question isn't specific enough.
What do you mean by standard limits?

Size limits?
Temperature limits for the molten zinc?
Limits of heat transfer through the kettle wall?
Width to depth ratio limits?
Throughput limits? (as in tonnes per hour?)
Impurity limits (as in say Sn, Fe, etc in the molten zinc)
Additive limits (Pb, Ni, Al etc )
freeboard limits (how much kettle wall should be exposed above the top of the zinc?)

So what actually do you need to know?
