What is the replacement for nickel in plating in order to achieve the color finish result? Is there any synthetic nickel can be used?

Your question is not clear enough. Let me see if I understand you correctly, are you looking for a nickel free finish which is mainly used to prevent allergy problems? If this is the case then you should plate a white bronze layer.
