DOES THE ANODIZE COATING HAVE TO BE REMOVER ON ALUMINUM FOR THE PAINT TO ADHERE TO THE SURFACE, AND WHAT TYPE OF PAINT IS recommendED,WATER OR OIL PAINT?

The ideal approach is to anodize the aluminum but leave it unsealed and then paint it, Doug.
