Wet Painting on Aluminum Plate Peeling Problem
I am facing problem on peel off paint from normal wet spraying paint.

You need a quality chem film (Alodine or Iridite or?) or anodize or phosphate pre paint or it will peel. Also, you need an appropriate primer paint step.
