Aluminum copper plating

Dear sir,
we are one of the manufacturers of aluminum pressure cooker based in India,we would like to know the details for the copper plating on aluminum pressure cooker. already we tried so many samples like...
process:
1.roughing base
2.zincate (electroless)
3.copper cyanide and sodium cyanide(loading time 2m)
4.copper sulphate(loading time 20m) these things we are added into this project but the final results we got the air bubbles and copper is proper not bonding ,so please kindly tell me the process what we will do... we are waiting for the reply..

Two thoughts came to mind. Aluminium is not the easiest metal to plate but if you use the pretreatment solutions supplied by a leading plating supplier you should get good results, if not ask your supplier for help. Secondly the cyanide copper should not contain too much sodium hydroxide otherwise it dissolves the zincate layer and attacks the aluminium.
